Check in takes place from 9:00am to 10:30am on June 20.
Break down takes place from 4:15pm to 5:30pm.
We are requesting that all vendors make a suggested donation of $20 to PATP after confirming their space at Pride
Vendors must bring their own chairs, signage, and electrical needs. (We have a limited number of tables to borrow if necessary, so please bring your own table if you are able).
Vendors should also bring their own tent (with weights to hold it down) if shade or protection from rain is preferred.
Max table space is 10 x 10 ft.
Vendors are responsible for their own trash removal. Using borough dumpsters is illegal.
Parking is available in Narberth Borough parking lot – entrance on Haverford Ave between Conway Ave and N. Wynnewood Ave.
Vendors must provide their own hotspot or cellular needs. No wifi will be provided.
Vendors must be in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Selling any food or drink is prohibited. You may give out food for free.
